These lowly demons feed off of petty and opportunistic acts of selfishness and egoism, the lowly and mundane evils of everyday life that larger more powerful demons tend to pass up as beneath their more refined palettes. Thanks to their unsophisticated diets pussiluphages are rather numerous and efficient "hunters" and find themselves at home around places where miserly and shabby sinful acts are a dime a dozen such as guilds, inns, banks, theater troupes, and government facilities

"These small chameleon-like demons use their control over chance and fate to sow discord and envy in their wake. When a furcinvidious finds a pair of promising mortals, it focuses one of it's independent eyes on each of it's targets, with its left eye syphoning luck, and its right one bestowing it, purposefully creating unfairness and feeding on the resulting envy. They are also known to gather around areas where one of their larger more powerful kin have recently fed in, taking advantage of the collateral feelings of envy over their quarries as an opportunistic meal."

"It is said some people project shadows much larger than themselves, while this is often meant in a poetic, metaphoric sense, sometimes the truth is more literal. The ophidian demons known as Serperbia slink and slither in shadows, looking for those most susceptible to their sycophantic sibilations. A Serperbia reassures their chosen prey of their own superiority, shifting the blame of their failings onto others, and encouraging them to chase their own desires, and empower them to enact their will upon the world. Always by their side and repeating their own ideas back to them, shadowing their very wills.
