Whenever an enemy misses you with an attack, your next attack against them has Advantage.

If you hit an enemy with an Opportunity Attack, they stop moving and cannot move for the rest of the turn.
Level 11
Balestra Back.
(1/encounter) Reaction: When you Defend against a melee attack, move up to half your speed. If this would put you out of reach of the attack, it misses.
Level 15
En Garde.
Reaction: When an enemy moves to be adjacent to you, you may use an Opportunity Attack against them. If you hit, they have disadvantage on attacks against you until the end of their turn.
