Spell-Shooter's Quiver
This quiver absorbs spells to later be drawn into an arrow and shot once by the wielder.
The number of spells charging the quiver is limited to the make/cost of the item.
For damaging spells, the archer's standard attack roll behaves as the primary roll.
Secondary magical effects roll separately to take effect, only if the arrow hits.
