You are the deserts and wastes, teacher of life's dependencies

Dry Spell was originally a blank condition to apply to enemies. In the end, the tracking was not worth it for what I intended to use it for. Dust Whirl does not count as a spell.

Level 3

Dry Spell.

At the end of your turn, if you didn’t cast a Spell, gain the Dry Spell condition.

Dust Whirl.

2 Actions: Range 12. WIL d4 slashing damage. Also affects enemies adjacent to it. On hit: expend Dry Spell, Blinded until the end of their next turn.

Erode and Abrade.

When you cast Blustery Gale, you may expend Dry Spell to add +5 slashing damage for each mana spent to cast it.

*** Note: Dry Spell is a minor condition. It has no effect by itself. It can be expended.

Level 7

Mirage Shift.

Reaction (When an enemy moves adjacent to you): expend a Beastshift charge and Dry Spell to shift into Direbeast form and move up to 3 spaces away (where you were all along!).

Level 11

Desiccate.

Whenever you gain Dry Spell, your next spell ignores armor, cover, and resistance.

Prolonged Dry Spell.

Whenever you roll initiative, gain the Dry Spell condition.

Level 15

Ride the Dust Storm.

When you cast Boisterous Winds, you may expend Dry Spell. When you do, enemies adjacent to your targets take WIL d4 slashing damage and are Blinded until the end of their next turn.
