Soaked
This condition does nothing on it's own and ends when combat ends. A creature cannot be Soaked and Smoldering at the same time. Any lightning effect targeted against a soaked creature is made at advantage and if they have to make a save, their roll is at disadvantage. If that effect deals damage, the creature is no longer Soaked.

Burst
Tier 1, Single TargetWater bursts off the target, dealing damage to it and any adjacent creatures around it. The target must succeed on a STR save or be knocked prone. Adjacent creatures take 4 damage and become soaked.
Slip Stream
Tier 2, Single TargetWhen attacked, defend for free and push any attacker away from you, dealing 4 damage for every space they are moved and soaking them. Medium or smaller targets: 2 spaces, Large targets: 1 space. Cannot move huge or larger creatures but they are still soaked.
Surf
Tier 3, AoEYou create a surge of water and you or any one ally adjacent to you can ride the wave, ending in any empty space in Range 1 of the line.
Soothing Mist
Tier 4, AoEHeal all friendly creatures within a 6x6 area for 5d8+KEY and cause all enemies in the area to be soaked.
Aquatic Prison
Tier 5, AoECreatures inside a 2x2 area within range are restrained in a watery prison. Soaked creatures have disadvantage on the save.
Enemies inside the prison can use an action to attempt a STR save to break free .
Instant Whirlpool
Tier 6, AoESoaked targets have disadvantage on the save. On save: half damage. 6x6 area.
Abyssal Drift
Tier 8, AoEThe area underneath you becomes a thin layer of pitch black water for the duration. You can move for free 1/round while in the area. When you or allies of your choice move or Interpose, they instead submerge and reappear anywhere in the area. All enemies in the area are always soaked and all attacks against soaked enemies in the area have advantage.
Water Breathing
Single TargetTarget can breath underwater for up to 1 hour.
Water Magick
Single TargetDescribe a Small or Tiny effect or choose one from the following: Control liquid (not inside a creature), changing it's temperature, reshaping it etc...Pull Water from a plant, Create a cloud, Remove water from mud to create dirt, Wash dirt and stains from an object.
Water Walk
Single TargetTarget can walk on liquid surfaces as if they were solid ground for up to 1 hour .
