Redbrand Bandits

Loyal to Iarno Albrek, who gave them a second chance at life, the Redbrand Bandits currently serve under the Black Spider. They refer to each other by a letter-based alias based on their rank within the organization (often by seniority). Albrek is referred to as Alpha or Boss.

Redbrand Fellowhood replaces Parry for any members using stat blocks from any of the Bandits in Monsters and More/GMG.

  • Letters C and D are Bandit Captains.
  • Letter E is a Bandit Assassin.
  • Letters F and G are Bandit Bruisers.
  • Letters H through J are Bandit Hunters.
  • Letters K through Z are Bandits or unfilled.
  • There are no mages among the Redbrands except for Albrek himself.

Resistance to all damage but Force, Necrotic, Psychic, and Radiant.

Albrek always goes last in the Round, but all attacks against him have Disadvantage.

  • Arcane Burst (3x).

  • Fireball (1 use).

    (Range 12, 8x8 Area) DC16 DEX save or 4d6+15 Fire, half on save.

  • BLOODIED: Teleport (1 use).

    Iarno and allies within Reach 1 Teleport to one of their safehouses.

Crits also deal +1 Wounds to the target and summon 1/Hero Redbrand Spirit minions (d8) that deal Necrotic damage and have Fly 6.

Death Shroud.

While she has Redbrand Spirits on the field, she has Resistance to all damage but Force and Radiant.

After each Hero's Turn, choose one.
  • Death Charge.

    Move 8, then 1d8a+10 Necrotic.

  • Soul Tear.

    2d8a+20 Necrotic or Force, Dazed.

  • Deathburst.

    All Redbrand Spirits move and then explode. All Creatures within melee of a minion must make a DC15 STR save or take Necrotic damage equal to double the roll of each relevant minion. Damage is normal on save.

BLOODIED:

At 100 HP, B gains Fear the Reaper.

Fear the Reaper. Within Range 3, all Creatures are Frightened of her, and she crits on a 7 or 8 against Frightened Creatures.

LAST STAND:

B is dying! 100 more damage and she's defeated. Until then, all crits are Vicious.

B's base Speed is 8 if replacing an attack with Move.
